Payment Policy
At CINELUX, we aim to provide a secure and seamless checkout experience. Our payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant and ensures your details are always protected.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal (available on both desktop and mobile checkout)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported by your device/browser)
Currency
- Supported Currencies
- We accept orders in GBP (£), USD ($), and EUR (€).
- Customers outside these regions may see conversions handled by their bank, PayPal, or card provider. Additional currency conversion fees may apply.
Security
- All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
- CINELUX does not store or have access to your full card details.
- Checkout is encrypted end-to-end.
Payment Issues
If you experience a problem at checkout:
- Double-check your card details or PayPal account.
- Try an alternative method.

Invoices
- Order confirmation and receipts are emailed automatically after checkout.
- As CINELUX is not currently VAT registered, VAT invoices are not available.
